“First time buyer of 2 products = Preserved Tao Vase: Daydreamer & 3 White Ecuadorian Roses: Love Bouquet. Fast response from the seller and smooth transaction! Package was sent after reconfirming with me about the purchases I made and arrived roughly an hour later! My partner loved both the Ecuadorian Roses & Tao Vase! Gorgeous & adorable! They also smelt nice! (She can’t stop smelling them... haha) I highly recommend this shop & their products! I’ll definitely be a returning customer :) -RDRxBGT”

“The bouquet is beautifully arranged and looks very stylish like in the photos. There's extra touches that make it seem even more special like the card & envelope, the care guide, and the chic paper bag it comes in. The flowers seem fresh although some have some brown tinge at the edges. But I'll still order from knots because of their lovely arrangements.”

Hi, thank you for the feedback :) yes flowers are fresh, roses are just to delicate that when it touches something , their petals will have this brown effect. Will take into consideration in making it more secure when it's going to be delivered so that this issue won't occur again in the future. “For many years of purchasing flowers from different stores, yours are by far the best. Reason why I tried your shop was I am fed up of those big, famous flower shops that most of the time, sends a different product from the picture they posted. What I like about yours is, what I see is what I get or much better. Good job. You'll be my number one flower shop from today onwards”

“Very quick for delivery and accomodating. Only negative on yet second occurence is Some flowers are aged and turning brown Already on day of delivery. Freshness of flowers is Not consistent.”

Hi Todd, thank you for the feedback , as per checking with our production team, fresh Ecuadorian roses were used when they prepared the bouquet for your order. It would be great if we can see a photo of the flowers so we can also feedback to our supplier , as sometimes the outer part of the Hermosa pink roses tend to have a light brown effect from the bud. “Excellent service. In less than 12 hours after placing my order, a representative reached out to me and confirmed my preferred customizations. When I asked for an earlier delivery, they accommodated as well. Beautiful bouquet and smooth & pleasant service throughout. Will definitely use Knots again and recommend to friends.”

“I've ordered twice from Knots and received the same outstanding service. It was a pleasant experience transacting with the Knots Team. Simple requests like providing photos of the order and giving confirmation of delivery and acceptance down to providing an invoice for the transaction were some of the things that are essential to achieve customer satisfaction because it only means that the vendor and the service are legitimate.
