“Great quality masks! Very soft and comfortable to wear. There was a mix up and I received the wrong mask. Ana was very quick to respond and fix the mix up. Great customer service!”

“The shipping of our handmade masks was delayed, but Knotty Tie was very responsive and even offered to send a replacement by UPS if my order didn't come soon. Of course, it showed up the next day, so that wasn't necessary. The masks are very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the company and products.”
