Wanted to get something from you because I thought you’d have the colors for Azazie - turns out you didn’t. The ties didn’t match the color chart and you all had the audacity to tell me they do in “professional lighting”. Leaving me no choice but to take this to my wedding with a color mismatch. How embarrassing.

The design is awesome. Better than I imagined. Samples are horrible. It’s just a small piece of the fabric. Real samples would be something you try on and see, or feel. I would like a refund of the 63.00 or so that I spent. Very disappointed and had such a amazing presentation I was so excited. Very disappointed.

No excellent service or product. I wanted the perfect tie to match my MILs dress. I ordered the custom matching mat and the color seemed perfect. What I received was not that same color. It was much lighter. I was just told the correct one was printed and because it’s custom no returns. The rep did not care. Two days away from my wedding and very disappointed. Just doing $12-20 ties from Amazon from now on.

I ordered this tie specifically for a wedding I was in on 9/25 after I found out the tie that came with my rental tux was a clip on. I payed extra with a reported guarantee that it would be made and delivered within 12 days (that was the fastest option). The tie showed up on 9/27. While I admit this was short notice, I wasted money on this and will never recommend or use your company again. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.

The website said the tie matched the hazelnut color from the Azazie dress I had ordered for my bridesmaids. It was literally a completely different color 😂 So if you are here to match something specific, don't expect it to be the color it says it is! And no returns, so I do not ever plan on buying from this website again.

What a disjointed experience all around. I paid the $5 bucks for your color map, matched the color of the tie(s) I need to order only to find no way to navigate your Shopify site to order those ties. How can you have a modern day commerce experience without a robust search engine. Then only getting directly to a live chat "appointment" that never gets responded to.

Original order lost in transit ordered December 3, lost December 7th. Replacement order done Dec 10th and still have not received any Christmas masks with 2 day priority shipment (Dec 14) and need for mask use is Dec 16th.. Company refused refund of original order. Masks are expense compared to others and shipping cost also expense. I will not recommend company as shipment within 2 days as advertised did not happen and overall timely deliverly may not happen.

My order was shipped from Denver on 8/24, to be sent to Gilbert, AZ. Instead it went to South Dakota, then back to Arizona, then to the wrong house. Also, I received this survey invite in an email that started “Now that you have items in hand...”, except the item hasn’t been delivered. It hadn’t even been ‘Missent’ yet, as the image below shows. I would love to review the product, once I hopefully get it tomorrow, 8 days after I placed the order fulfilled from a place 16 hours away.

Your product. Face masks. do not fit well. They are too lose and don't maintain their strength. Too bad I bought 6 of them that are not useable

I did not get the correct masks that I ordered but was charged. I sent a message and have had not response. The masks are very tight and smash your nose in. Very uncomfortable. I think this company is more concerned with how the masks look.

Although the print is incredible, unfortunately the material its made out of is way too hot and itchy on the skin. Its also incredibly hard to breathe through.

My mask was sewn very poorly. The side of it completely came apart the first time I washed it. I reached out to Knotty Tie last week concerning the poor quality of the mask, and I requested a refund. I still have not been contacted back yet.
