“Paying $10 for shipping a tie is ridiculous. Also the tie was shipped in 3 boxes.... its a tie, you need one box or an envelope. Only reason I got the tie was because of a friends wedding.”

“My fiancé and I had so much fun customizing ties for him and his groomsmen! So many patterns and shades to choose from, that the possibilities are endless. The shipping & duty (I ordered from Canada) was more than I would have liked to have paid, but what I received was definitely of quality.”

“I was so excited when I found out about this company and their products. However, buyer beware they have horrendously slow shipping from their online store. They charged my credit card and held my items for 15 days before it was even shipped (I paid the shipping cost). What a coincidence that after I contacted them asking about the latency of the order, it was then shipped the next day. I will add that my purchase was a stock item from their online catalog, nothing was special ordered. Needless to say I won’t be doing business with them in the future.”

We are a made-to-order tie business in Denver, Colorado and print, cut and sew all items to order as part of our social mission. This is noted on each product page, but we are sorry if there was any confusion that these products are in-stock and ready to ship. The 15 day production time is standard in order to create your order from scratch, but we do offer expedites at checkout if you needed the order faster. “The pocket square was excellent, but the tie was not quite the color it was made out to be online. It was still a nice tie, I just can’t use it for the occasion I bought it for.”

“I’m beyond pleased with the ties I purchased. I was on the hunt for space themed ties and ordered a couple from a different company because I didn’t know about Knotty Tie Co. initially. The quality of the ties and the print from the first company was subpar at best, so I did some more research online and stumbled across Knotty Tie Co. I ordered 2 space themed ties and am very pleased with them. The ties are high quality material and the color and images on the designs exceeded my expectations. Well done, folks—I’ll be ordering more ties from Knotty Tie Co.!”
