I actually find more of a benefit from just breathing that same way without it... the long exhale. I visualize all the stress leaving me, and I feel better afterwards. Yoga also helps me way more. “I had high hopes when I made my first order. The shipping was so long I was afraid this was a scam. Even after reaching out to customer service for help and they told me it would be expedited in a few days, it was weeks after.
I was also sent a code to purchase a breathing class for free, that code did not work and I have not heard back from my inquiry to customer service on that issue.
