“Sometimes life throws you a curveball and disrupts your world.
One thing after another was bombarding me. I felt like a complete wreck, sometimes so stressed I’d find I couldn’t catch my breath. I managed to get through it all, but it wasn’t easy.
Then one morning while online I came across Komuso Design - The Shift, and watched the video. I knew I needed to try this for those moments I felt like I needed to get a grip.
Since using The Shift I find when I’m feeling stressed or anxious I pick it up, start the breathing technique - breathing in through my nose, and slowly out through The Shift. It really does calm me down, and I have more clarity.
I’ve even found if I wake during the night and my thoughts get the best of me, my first instinct now is to do that breathing technique on my own. I’m then able to turn over and get back to sleep.
The Shift in a very short time became a teaching tool and reminder of how to center myself, relax, and carryon.
