“Am short; and I love your clothing; it fits me. I think I forgot to use my birthday gift discount; but that is ok. I am very technologically challenged; and I missed entering the code. Sadly I hoped I could save shipping charges; but did see a shipping charge. Thank you for making such lovely clothing. Korea is the BEST!!!”

“Shipping cost should be bearned by kooding after a certain amount. Example $100, $200 etc Out of stock item should be automatically updated.”

“The headbands are non-returnable. One of the hair bands I ordered looks different compared to the picture. In the picture, it’s rainbow, but I received black and white. I only like one hairband. The rest are poor quality. I wish I could get a refund because I didn’t open it and won’t be wearing them.”
