“This is a very nice quality store. I ordered several thing for Christmas for my nieces and sister and all of them came in perfect timing, and all of them are great quality. Defiantly will be shopping here again.”

“Well, I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now. I love all the modern hanbok and other items I’ve ordered so far. The quality is very good and beautifully made; most of which is made in Korea I believe. I will continue to make purchases in the future. Please provide more size options.”

“I for the most part enjoyed the clothing I got. Some of the pieces are a bit thin and not lined for the price I paid for it. Would appreciate a bit better quality for the more expensive pieces.”

“The size chart is wrong. They should checked size chart before post it. It caused me ordered small size of Hanbok skirt but it didn't fit me at all, requested for return but you didn't respond me at all.”

“It took forever to the delivery despite paying shipping charges! I had ordered clothes for an event. Clothes were delivered 10days after that.”

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that your package arrived late. However, we noticed that your package was shipped within 3 days from the purchase date via DHL, which usually take 2-3 days to deliver. Upon checking your tracking number, we did notice DHL took longer than usual due to some air traffic and customs complications. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience.
