Sales and service staff were all awesome and super helpful. They had bike ready to roll for test ride when I arrived. Emmett my salesmen took care of everything and made it super easy and efficient.”

We went online to look at bikes for her and then called the store on Halsted and left a message. No one called us but we called again. The salesman recommended a particular bike and we could see it online. The salesman made arrangements to give her a chance to ride it on the sidewalk in front of the store, even lending us a bike helmet since we did not have her helmet with us. He was very accommodating. I appreciated that.”

“When I was there the place was very busy and I had to wait in line. I think they could have accommodated more people but maybe not. There was plenty of room and not many people. I think their supplies were limited but I did find the bike I wanted. I bought one and ordered a second. I didn't ride it but felt comfortable buying it. Happy with the bikes now although the second took forever to receive.”
