“All the staff I dealt with were really helpful and professional helping me deal with a puncture especially a guy called Connor who went above and beyond to sort the problem I’d recommend kwik fit to everyone”

“Turned up with a slow puncture. Only a 10 minute wait and they fixed the puncture in another 10-15 minutes. Can't fault the service received today.”

“Arrived at Kwik Fit Rose Kiln Lane, Reading this morning on a Saturday 3rd July 2021 and being a ARVAL rental company car it wasn’t they 1st approval repairer for them as it was ATS but as they didn’t stock the required tyre in local branch as well as anywhere else in the country. So I ended up going to Kwik Fit Reading and after receiving great customer service experience from the branch manager Wayne and his team members today I was very impressed and highly recommend them to all that are looking to get they tyres done.”

“Visited Kwik Fit at Camelon, Falkirk today as I have a mobility car and have been having issues with my tyres for months. They were constantly losing air plus there was a steering issue. Jamie and Greg the service engineers were excellent, a credit to Kwik Fit, they were so very kind and helpful and repaired the problems with the valves on the tyres and steering efficiently and quickly. Would highly recommend using Kwik Fit at Camelon. 5 stars service.”

“Unwelcome nail in the tyre when touring in Ayrshire. Took it to a leading repair brand beginning with "H". They said that I would need a new tyre that would take a day or two to locate. Luckily Kwik - Fit on Maybole Road Ayr was close at hand. Though the site was very busy the manager fitted us in and Paul quickly removed the offending nail and ascertained that there was no need to replace the tyre. He checked all the tyres and we were quickly on our way with no charge. Exemplary service that left me very impressed.”

“Steve was on reception, at the Gravesend store he had a very awkward customer. Steve was polite throughout the service, explaining the cost of the tyres and that the wheel alignment needed to be done as the tyres would wear unevenly. He went through different prices and quotes until the customer was happy. I was very impressed with his service. Even more so when I was told I had ordered the wrong tyres for my car. I should of ordered run flats. Steve checked if he had the correct tyres in stock, he apologised that they were out of stock. He refunded my mistake and ordered me the correct tyres and rebooked my car in. I was so embarrassed by my mistake, for wasting his time but Steve made me feel a valued customer and went out of his way to give me great service. Thank you so much Steve and team.”

“Had a low pressure warning on one if my tyres. Managed to get a next day (Sunday) appointment. They inspected the tyre, found and repaired a puncture for no charge. All free. Amazing!!”

“Far away from home in High Wycombe I needed assistance of My favourite garage Kwik Fit when my tyre pressure light was on my dashboard I called at the Kwik Fit depot at 97 London Road High Wycombe and was dealt with by a very pleasant and professional mechanic named David within minutes my problem was fixed tyres pressures checked warning light extinguished enable to return.home to Cheshire later in the week My thanks to the young man named David Well done 10 out of 10”

“I rang Northampton Kwik-fit in the morning to say I had a nail in my tyre. The manager asked me to bring the van in at 2 o’clock the same day. I waited for an hour and a half for the job. I was thrilled when I was told that they had mended the puncture and that I wouldn’t be charged at all for the job. I will definitely use Kwik-Fit again as my first port of call! Thanks a lot for your service!”

“Very happy customer. I Took my DS3 to kwik fit plus London Rd High Wycombe. For change of wheel bearing the job got done and I wasn't satisfied, however the team there was very courteous to make sure I was satisfied especially the manager, they took the vehicle back and fixed the things I wasn't happy about and even gave me a massive discount....”

“Slow puncture repaired very quickly - saved money on a new tyre :-) Winchester branch felt very covid-safe with door wide-open in reception, screens, use of gloves and protective sheets when in my car. Altogether very happy.”

“just had my toyota iq mot'ed at the heywood branch. was met by a friendly fella behind the counter. was told about an hour's wait. car was taken in for mot 5 minutes later. around 45 minutes passed car came out. collin ( mot mechanic ) then told me it had passed and was very polite and complementary about my car... all in all i had a perfect experience and would recommend the heywood branch in particular collin to anybody requiring helpful, honest, professional mechanics. thank you”

“Once again great service at Kwik Fit Stirling. Chris and the team provided the answer when 2 tyres and 2 exhaust clamps were required. The clamps were ordered and delivered within 20 mins and the car driving like new with the new Dunlop’s. First class, friendly and helpful service from all the team once again.”
