“The service was very good. When I placed my initial order, I made a mistake and ordered too much. I emailed them about it; they corrected the order promptly and also made a refund quickly. The wallpaper arrived much sooner than I expected and was well packaged.”

“Probably the smoothest transaction that I have made in years. I received my quote in under an hour. There was always someone that I could speak with by phone. And, my emails were responded to in a very timely manner. Definitely will do business with LA Design Concepts again.”

“I worked with Duane and Matthew to order Schumacher papers for accent walls. They were “over the top” helpful. Even when my wallpaper hanger needed some questions answered as one came from Iksel (custom order) and it was very expensive and came in panels. I am “over the moon” satisfied!!!”

“Honestly, cannot recommend Matthew and the company highly enough. I am in Australia and having never bought anything from overseas apart from on Amazon, I was concerned about the whole process. However, the website's recommendations/advice for international orders and third party delivery services was clear and 100% accurate. My wallpaper is on the way and has arrived in the country. Soon to be in my hands. Before making the final decision, Matthew suggested a free sample first - a great way for international buyers to test out their third party delivery system. I did use MyUS and it's been 1000% reliable. Back to Matthew, he endured many emails back and forth from me and he was ever so patient with my questions. He replied very quickly, even given the time zone difference. I am so confident that when it comes to ordering fabric for stools I want to reupholster, I will be trawling LA Design's website and bombarding Matthew with more orders. Maree”
