“I have ordered so much fabric from you over the past few months. You continue to send me 10% off notices. But then when I decide to order some more, the person always says I have to order more than $200 in an order. Taken together, I've spent far more. BUT you can't extend that courtesy? Makes me want to find another source.”

“Advertised discount "didn't apply" on check out. Ordered 2 samples (2 colors, same pattern) and a bolt of fabric all from the same manufacturer two weeks ago. I received one sample a week after ordering and no updates since.”

“My wallpaper came in as expected and looked nice. However, I guess it is written in the fine print “no returns and no exchanges” so just be SURE you know what you are ordering. I thought I was getting peel and stick wallpaper but instead it was the same pattern non peel and stick. But when I asked was told no returns of ANY product. I’m out $298.”
