Very dissatisfied. As of today I still have not received my order. They had to deliver the order to a shipping address that they had not worked with them for 4 weeks. I don't know where my order is. I hope they give me a solution as soon as possible.

Not a good experience. Initially bought t shirt ready for a cycling trip with friends to Mallorca thinking 3 weeks was more than enough time for delivery from Europe. At this point the website did not say this t shirt was on pre order, it said IN STOCK which is why I chose it. Over the following few weeks I wrote several emails enquiring what was happening. No response whatsoever. I then tried to cancel the order which was not possible. Still no responses to emails the T shirt finally arrived 5 weeks later. T shirt is cheap quality and no where near worth what I paid for it. Very disappointed, rubbish service and won’t be using again.

Bijzonder… ik doe mijn eerste bestelling met de kortingscode van 10%. Niet alles past helaas… dus stuur ik een aantal kledingstukken terug. Krijg ik een terugstortingsbewijs zonder de korting. Dus ook het kledingstuk dat ik hou betaal ik opeens de volle prijs voor. Sigaar uit eigen doos dus….. geen warm welkom voor een nieuwe klant.

Hi, Actually I returned the shirt because size was not good. In addition I ordered a xs size last week and for neither of them (return or new purchase) , I received a comfirmation....just I am disappointed and I am counting on a short term resolution . Regards Lode

Hi, I'm not happy at all. The very expensive bycicle shirt (M) was very too small. I paid 30.30 Swiss francs toll and 14 Swiss francs fees to the Swiss Mail. Now I sent it back, but I don't know, if I get one of my Swiss francs back and I don't know if I should order the shirt once again, in a shape, that fits me. Greetings, Rolf Löffler

Terrible service. My husbands Christmas presents still haven’t arrived. I ordered them on 2nd December. I don’t know where they are. I’ve written numerous times to La Machine and I’ve had one email to say they will follow up and nothing more. The gifts are now missing.

Terrible delivery service.. waited entire afternoon and at the end received an email that the delivery person missed me.. how is that possible if you didn't even ring the doorbell? Now I need to pick up the package myself at the parcel pickup place..
