“I ordered a few items and then I realized I was being charged 14.95 a month by these people. For what?? A loyalty program... What is that and I NEVER agreed to this. Beware!! I am out of almost 50 bucks for nothing!!! Horrible that they do this to people!!”

“You charge a monthly fee without stating and unless the customer catches it...they lose roughly $15.00 every month...like the items but will not order ever again because of the underhanded charge.”

“I ordered something in November and recieved it in December. I started getting collection notices saying I did not pay my bill. I have called 7 times and given three different cards and each time they have reassured me it's taken care of each time. Long behold today get anothet collection notices. No notes to go off of over there, what are you guys doing over there? I've been given reference numbers to confirm the payment was successful but here we are again. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Additionally even when I try to make a payment online, it says I've nevered ordered from here...clearly I have based on the collection notices. I am mailing in my payment today, let's see if you screw that up too.”

“I placed an order in December and received a portion of the total order. I was told the other items were backordered. I attempted to log in and check the status today and there was no history of the order on their website. I spoke with a customer service representative who stated they "tried to fill the order but my card was declined". I told her that was not possible given the amount of this transaction compared to my available balance. She suggested I talk with the bank. I asked her why I wasn't notified at the time? Her response was that it was automatic and I should have been notified. She suggested I talk to the bank, I then asked her to send an email to me stating what she had just said "that the card was declined" so that I could follow up with the bank. She stated she couldn't find a way to do that. I tried to help her, by reviewing my email address and explaining that she could just type in what she had just told me. Clearly using written communication is a challenge for her as I am still waiting for her to put it in writing. Obviously, I will report the fraud to the credit card company as I paid 85.00 and received 12.00 worth of merchandise. I would not recommend this company.”

“I have ordered several things for gifts and had also joined their perks program. Never, when I joined , did it state in anyway clear that there was a cost involved. I figured it was like companies and was a customer loyalty program. So a few months go bi and I saw a charge on PayPal for 14.99. I called and it's a monthly charge for Lakeside Collection Perks. They said they would cancel and put in a request for a refund. Reviewing my PayPal history, I see that they have done this for 3 months. It was Holiday season. and I neglected to review my statements. But, I never knowingly agreed to this. I've been had, I've been scammed. I should have caught the charge earlier. But stay away from them.”

“I didn’t even order anything from this company and had $25 taken out of my bank 2 months in a row , called them and they cannot verify my account , so I called my bank and they cancelled my debit card , issued a new one with new number , just got in the mail today , checked my account today they took 25 again yesterday !!!! 😡😡😡😡”

“Ordered 3 personalized doormats on December 5th for Christmas. Received them on January 25th. Only problem was it was 3 personalized doormats for another customer. Now I am stuck with 3 personalized doormats with the wrong names. They will not reprint them even though the printing company still has them in stock. I ordered Schultz, Samela and Balga. “I ordered a bedspread from your company. It has not arrived yet. I have been charged 14.95 for perks; I did not ask for. Twice I called to complain about this perks charge. I am so angry that I will never order from your company again. Bedspread will be sent back.”

“BEWARE: I should have read the reviews BEFORE I made a purchase. Three weeks since I ordered and paid for the items and I don't know if they have been shipped. I emailed customer service and have yet to get a response. I will not purchase anything from them in the future.”

“Do not buy from Lakeside Collections they are not trustworthy! Should be prosecuted for tax fraud! I logged into my account and tried to place an order. The total including shipping was $73.45. I live in Illinois and the zip code was identified. The tax rate is 7.5%. They charged $8.45 tax, that is 11.5%. Should have been $5.51. Be careful, they don't expect you to question the tax!”

“I don't even wanna give 1 star! This company needs to be investigated. They are 100% scammers! I ordered on Dec 27, on Dec 29 I was notified that my item shipped. Since I've heard NOTHING! I ordered from the site on Marketplace with a contact name of MIKE LEFFEL. I've reached out multiple times to this crook and NOTHING! So, I contacted my bank and with in 5 mins, I got every penny credited back to my account. The bank can go after them now. And if I actually do end up getting the shelf that I ordered, its going straight into our firepit and burned! ALLLLL LIEEESSS, SCAMMMERRS! ROT IN HELL!”

“I ordered a few things i found on this site while christmas shopping. First they canceled half my order because the item was no longer in stock. Now a few weeks later i just received fifteen dollar charge on the card i used. I called to see what the charge was for and they told me it was the monthly fee for joining there site. I don't remember ever agreeing to any terms to pay a monthly fee to join anything. i was under the impression that i was just purchasing some gifts for a one time deal. Very Sneaky if you ask me i'm pretty keen on stuff like that and i would of just found some gifts on another site if i knew i was signing up for a monthly subscription.”

“I ordered on December 25th, not long after I got a shipping confirmation saying a label was created. I actually forgot all about my order until I got an email confirming my return! I never received the order! They refunded my paypal $4 which is not the correct amount even without the shipping and "carrier surcharge." I called and was put on hold and then told to call back tomorrow because that department wasn't there. I might just contact paypal and avoid the headache! Wish I read the reviews before ordering!”

“Will never order from them again. Customer service stalls on giving answers, talked to them 5 times and promised item had been shipped, I verified with my carrier that item has never been shipped to them. After 30 days have not received item. Have been told three different times that I will receive a refund within 24 hrs. I have protested item with my credit card company and they are following up. Beware of doing business with Lakeside Collections.”

“Terrible experience with customer service. After being charged for shipping,(was supposed to be free) and also my item going on sale 3 days later, I called for a refund, and price adjustment. had to call 3 different days, and about 10 representatives. After all that they refused to help me in any way. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!! Will never order from them again.”
