“I placed an order Nov.28. Most of the items were out of stock and a couple were on back order. I have contacted then and continue being told that 1 item is being processed for over a week, with the delivery dates constantly being changed. The other items now will not be available till June. These were Christmas gifts that are now too late. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!”

“Dang! Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. My item supposedly shipped, but seems to be stuck In Sacramento and has been for over a week. This is not normal! I paid with PayPal. I will be checking to see if they charge me the Perks fee. I haven’t attempted to contact them yet, but they will definitely be hearing from me!!!! I am NOT happy and they will not get away with scamming me!”

“Order 10 things altogether from this site on Nov 28. As of today Dec 17, still have NOT received any of them! When I asked about the order, the customer service told me they are out of stock! Seriously? All of the 10 different things I ordered are out of stock? I will NEVER but from this site again! Any catalog coming from your company will go directly to the trash! This is how I feel about this site, total GARBAGE!”

“I had ordered from them several times previously and was happy. The pre-approved me for holiday purchases. I spent a lot of money. I ordered a huge order in November. I only got 3 things on my order. I finally got through to them today December 21. I was told the rest of my entire order was "back stock" and I would get them in 23 to 45 days. I told them it was for Christmas and I didn't want them. They didn't refund me. Do not order from these people. They are terrible.”

“I placed an order on November 30. The shipping label was created on Dec 1. I received an email on Dec 8 but the USPS tracking system shows that they did not have the package until Dec 12. So what happened during those 4 days? So now the package is out in no man’s land of USPS lost packages. I have emailed them over and over. No response at all. I have called and never get to a human to talk to. Their stuff isn’t that great and not worth all this headache. It’s one thing to blame the postal service for the delay but it sat in their warehouse for 4 days. And now no response. It makes me so angry.”

“I will NEVER order from your company again! Still waiting something that I ordered in November. I was assured that I would receive prior to mid December. I needed it before December 18 still hasn't arrived. I have emailed 3 x with no response! I have called 3x and the only thing I'm told it is shipped and to wait 2-3 more days. I'm unable to receive a refund. I don't give any stars at all!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered an item and some how got rolled into their "perks" program which charges $14.95 a month! Mercifully I caught the first charge and looked it up. I immediately called and canceled my "membership" in the perks program. Totally taking advantage of people, will never order from that place again.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order on December 11,2020. The items were stating they were in stock and their website also stated items would be received by before Christmas. The main item ( a lamp) that I need for Christmas has not shipped. And all the company says is that the manufacturer is behind on its shipments. No one will tell who the manufacturer is and where the shipment is coming from. No from Lakeside will call the manufacturer and ask them to expedite the shipping. I wish I had read all the reviews before placing my order. Now my 81 year old Dad will not get a gift on time thanks to The LAKESIDE COLLECTION. I have chatted online with 3 reps who have given different excuses. I called and the rep said a manager would call me and never did. The rep said yesterday 12/18/2020 it would be 6 to 8 days before the manufacturer ships my item. On Facebook they said send a private message and they will help. Absolutely no help has been given. I will never order from this company again. Please do not waste your time and effort.”

“I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order on Dec.1 My items seem to be traveling all over the country. It is a pretty straight shot from Illinois to Nevada. So far it has gone from Illinois to Ohio down to New Mexico then to Arizona, back to New Mexico, then back to Arizona now it is in Henderson Nev. delivery unknown at this time. Henderson is 10 minutes from my house lol. NEVER AGAIN WILL i order from this company. It is now Dec 18th.”

“I unfortunately ordered from this company on Dec 7th. Package has no shipping status. Usps is Just waiting to receive the package. It is now Dec 17th. Called their customer service dept last night. What a joke!! Their customer service call center is in the Philippines!!! Oh no we very sorry package on way. Really??? And the classic you still live same address? I will never again order from this company.. Customer service had no clue what town in Illinois the company was in. Right where my package is. In a warehouse in Fox Valley Illinois. They can jam my package up their butt til they choke on it!!! I will get a refund. I'm in no mood to play with these people!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!”

“I used to order and really liked some of the merchandise. This year, they decided to tack on a $14.95 MONTHLY charge for some type of Pet Perks program that I did not authorize. Talked to a completely useless woman who took forever to try to get this "perk" cancelled, she continued to put me on hold. I finally ended up hanging up on her and cancelled my credit card. It was less frustration and took less time. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. I advise avoiding at all costs.”

“Have called lakeside and requested your Christmas catalog 2020 never received this catalog kept sending the holiday 2020 kept rec the holiday one about 6 copies I have ordered from there and never had this much problems with red catalogs Xmas is almost here and don't have Xmas catalog to order then when youu do order it's always the most lie to you when it will be shipped you send a lot of money and they disrespect their customers then they what you to order more you get they need to have expensive item is on back orderjthen when you call they always have an a come back towhy it was not shipped so they make you wait a little longer for your' items if you want good service go to a different compan”

“Created an order on Nov 30/2020 still have not received package Dec 12/2020. Paid $9.99 shipping and handling. Called for shipping information they said it would be here days ago now. But more than that it's a third party customer service which a lot of companies use but all this one wanted was personal information that the company already has because you have to give it to order online.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM. First i ordered online, 2 weeks later i got a 14.95 charge on my checking account. They decided to take out Perks fee without my knowledge. When i called, they could not answer my questions. Skirted around. Second, got notice my book shipped on Dec 1 then nothing. Called again. No direct answer. Again skirted around. Then, on the 11th i received book. Looked at label. It actually was processed to ship Dec 7. The day i called. Do not order unless you want to deal with customer service or at least that is what they call it!!!!!!!!!! Wish i could do a minus review”

“Only giving 1 star because I can’t go lower. This company is HORRIBLE. Ordered item on Nov 30, shipping labeled created next day and was sent email that item shipped. It us now Dec 10 and still have not received item. Tracking shows label created but shipping company has not yet received item. Lakeside will not refund since item shows shipped even though they can not figure out why shipping carrier still hasn't received the item they supposedly shipped. Ridiculous!! Guess I have to figure out a new Christmas gift quickly and just fork up a loss and jo refund. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!”
