“Placed an order at 10:53 pm one evening. The next morning at 11:53 I received an email saying that an item I was looking at is now half price. It was actually one of the items I ordered. I called the Lakeside Collection customer service and asked for a credit for the difference since my order had not even shipped yet and it was less than 13 hours since I placed my order. Of course the customer service was offshore and they basically told me tough luck. Never had a company show so little concern for an issue. Last time I order from them.”
“I ordered 3 LED Christmas Crosses for 3 gravesites through Walmart. The first one came with no information on the other 2. When I called, they couldn't find my order. Finally the other 2 came. 1 was broken. Sent picture and asked for a replacement. Emailed days later asking when it would be delivered. After several more contacts, I was supposedly issued a refund.That was 13 days ago, still no refund. Stay away from this place!!”
“Ordered a snowman for outside. It came poorly painted and with some rust. There were screws missing and other screws that weren’t long enough to work. Not only was it not worth the $19.99 but shipping fees were ridiculous. Will never order from them again and I suggest you don’t either.”

I was promised that if I paid for it all I could easily get my refund when I received the items. WRONG! They say they notify you by email; however, this was a one time purchase and I receive too many emails to notice. I have paid this amount for 9 months and paid heavily for the items I received. I will never order from them again because this was underhanded tactics and at this point I already paid way too much for the items when you include the perks. If they want to do perks, they should mail an explanation of what the perks are and outline the customer's benefits. It should be understood when making purchases because I feel I was blindsided.
