They were nice but first time using it on my picnic table, most of the print from the table cloth wore off on my person and most of the print on the seats is now on my clothing. Too bad because the concept of the fitted pieces was a nice idea.”

“I've only had one issue with a product years ago....never had a problem since. And never had an issue with customer service. What I DO have an issue with is that there is ZERO diversity in the color of dolls that are offered. I've asked for two years in a row about considering offering additional dolls. I've gotten canned, lame, unconcerned responses. I like the products they offer otherwise, but I cannot support a company that is so out of touch with so much of the population of the world. I'm Caucasian and find this lack of diversity an issue....not sure why a company that size doesn't find it an issue as well.”
“I made an order for 2 red white and blue stars and 2 weeks goes by and it says it was delivered when i called they said it was returned back and they would send me a new ones out... so two weeks goes by and i never recieved them so i called again and now they are out of stock... i asked to talk to there boss because no one can call me never a phone call but they decide to just send me a partial refund so i have to call again to get my money... nothing but problems i wish i didnt waist my time”
“I've done hundreds of dollars of business with this company. My last orders were handled terribly. Told 4 different delivery dates and still hasn't been delivered. When I called customer service I was told by supervisor a 5th delivery date! Unfortunately since I mistakenly made two orders, when if ever I receive them I will return them immediately for a refund. If I don't get the refunds, I will stop payment with the bank and will NEVER do any business with this fraudulent company.”
“Don’t order from them. If you have to return it’s very difficult, they charge you a fee and the credit takes weeks. Really no need to order from them when up-to-date businesses carry the same thing. And their stuff is cheap looking”

“Watch out for reoccurring purchases on your account after a purchase. They automatically sign you up for "perks" and say you did. I never signed up for anything but $14.95 was charged to my account. I was met with rude customer service as well. Never buying from them again.”
