“Very disappointing! I paid £100 have a proof that I own my house outright after paying off my mortgage in full. The documents I purchased seem as if they have NOT been updated since 2016! They still mention previous owners.

“I would rather not as you were terrible in your service for me. I paid an extra £10 to get the dohe expedition feecuments sent to me within an hour. TWO days later you send me an email saying that you couldn't match up the address to the title number. WHY couldn't you just work on the Title Number? That ios what the propeer Lasnd Registry does. If you cannot draw down a Title number to the address then you shouldn't be in the business. Paying me back the expedition fee misses the point”

“What a con I thought this was a HMRC site it was not charged me over £40 for documents I could have got for £9 from HMRC their site looks official it is not tried to get my money back only to be told they would not refund all only less than 5 minutes of realising what I had done.
The bank has sympathy but stated they were just very clever how they conducted business”

“The plans I received were over 40 years and didn't even show the houses adjoining my boundaries. There must be newer versions showing the adjacent properties, but when I enquired about this, I didn't receive any newer plans. A total waste of money.”
