Please note that there is a key difference between the documents available from Gov.uk and ourselves. At the time of writing, as a general member of the public you are only able obtain a non-certified copy of the deeds directly with Gov.uk. In order to access certified, official copies, you are able to obtain these directly via post with Gov.uk, or via a 3rd party, such as ourselves.
The key difference between the 2 documents is that the certified copies are treated as evidence of ownership in court and in property transactions (e.g., buying/selling a house).
