I am sorry for the delay in our response. Yes, you can still seed patches in mid-October, preferably the soil temperature must be 8–10°C consistently to promote germination. 😇

“Had tried Johnsons grass seed without success (maybe the hot weather inhibited growth); so tried lawnsmih's product and they have delivered the new grass growth required. I chose the Staygreen seeds for under my shady fir trees and not sure of their success, will wait and see. In future will use these products, not confident in boxed brands.”
