“Needed to buy supplies for this year but first had a query that Lawnsmith responded to clearly and quickly. Placed order that came very quickly. Excellent advice and delivery service. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else for my lawn supplies.”
“Excellent customer service… a product was damaged in transit and they replaced it without any hassle.. the product purchase were excellent. I recommend the lawn scarifier… easy to use and good quality.”
“My low nutrient, chalky soil provides a real challenge for a lawn. Over the last 5 years, I have moved away from the standard garden centre products to those supplied by Lawnsmith.
I have found the Autumn and Velvitt water retention products particularly effective. Thank you.”
“I consider the service that I have received from customer service has been exemplary. Not only have the goods that were damaged in transit been replaced, the communication and actions were both extremely polite and prompt. I have applied the product on my lawn but to early to comment.”
“Most helpful in rectifying a mistake by DPD in delivery.
I have been following lawn advice for years, where most problems are discussed and remedies suggested.”
