“Customer service from leaders courier VIPdelivery is absolutely horrendous . Doors arrived 72 hours after first "guaranteed appointment " with nobody answering phones to talk to . I'd advise don't use these again”

The lovely doors were delivered on time and on each occasion by delivery men who were extremely helpful and polite. I had very slight damage on one door but with one phone call from the driver the issue was immediately resolved. I have had a lot of work done recently and have ordered items from various companies. The service and quality from Leader Doors has been far higher than the majority of companies I have dealt with. I can only speak for my experience but I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Due to flood damage, I recently replaced my downstairs flooring with Leader. My previous flooring was chosen from Leader because they offered a vast range of good quality flooring and designs I couldn't find anywhere else. I found them very helpful with the ordering but the delivery process and the cost, were not the best experience.
This time round, Leader have been transformed. Exceptional assistance in choosing and ordering. Delivery was available within a week. My flooring and accessories were delivered on time and brought into the house, (instead of curbside delivery)and the charge was extremely reasonable. All in all, Leader, were excellent and I would highly recommend them. In fact, my daughter has just had a new floor delivered by Leader on my recommendation and she had an equally good experience.”

“Overall Iām satisfied with my experience. I ordered a white American oak door, door frame and skirting boards, they had all matching items which I was finding difficult with other companies. The only real issue I had was the delivery, the door was in a separate warehouse to the rest of the stuff I ordered so had 2 delivery dates, I picked Thursdays as I was wfh but on the day of delivery it didnāt show up and took nearly a week for someone to call to re-arrange, the delivery window was after 10am so I ran some errands but 9am I had a call to say they were outside, they just left the stuff on my front garden and drove off. The door came later that day by a different courier and that was no problem, the guy carried the door in for me and was very polite. Considering I had to pay Ā£50 for delivery it was very disappointing.”
