I haven't received the good yet so cant comment on those but the delivery has taken an absolute age since I first placed the order on line.

Hi Danny, I can only apologise that you're delivery may have taken longer than expected but I can see by looking at the notes on your order that your items are ready to be delivered and a member of our sales team had emailed you on Friday 21st of August to notify this. It took over two weeks to have my money refunded on an item that was not in stock and is still advertised on the web page . it took a long time for my phone call to be answered.

Initial order was broken when delivered. Pictures were required to prove the board was broken. The replacement board was not limed oak finish as initial order but plain oak. Products over priced

Having never used LEADERSTORES before, I placed two orders in July 2015: one on 16th and one on 23rd. They were both supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days. After waiting a couple of weeks nothing had turned up. I complained and the second of the two orders arrived a few days later. I am still waiting for the first of the two orders, which has so far taken 3 weeks. I have complained again and am awaiting a response. Not sure I can recommend this company to anyone really.

I have taken a look into your account and can see that it is showing as ready for dispatch which means we can arrange a delivery with yourself. An automatic email should have been sent to yourself informing you that the items were out for delivery but additionally I have contacted our sales team to urgently contact you today to book in this delivery. Very disappointed. I placed my order on 20th July for a product with a 5-7 day lead time. When I had heard nothing by 29th July I contacted Customer Service for an update and was told they should be arriving the week of 31st. it is now the 9th August and I have heard nothing and not received my order. This is not impressive. I understand that sometimes things are not in stock, but a combination of misleading lead-times on the product page and then no communication whatsoever is totally unacceptable. I still have no idea when, or if, my products will arrive. I can't comment on the quality of the products, not surprisingly, not having seen them!

Was pleased to find a large lampshade to match my existing smaller lamps. When it arrived it had a really strange fitting - basically just ring in the top of the shade. It would not fit my lamp - it would not have fitted a ceiling or wall light so no idea what that was about. E mailed customer services to see if it was available in the fitting i needed - or if not could they advise return address. Just advised return address - so went on line and did online chat. Advised I could buy a adapter type fitting - but that Leader don't stock them. Gave up and returned lampshade. Refund didn't arrive so emailed to chase, was advised they'd check but still no refund. Got a POD from the carrier and mailed that over. Still took further two weeks to refund, so overall took three weeks from my return to getting money refunded.. Everyone polite on e mail and chat but outcome very disappointing. Would be reluctant to try them again as overall service really bad.

The boards purchased were damaged due to extremely poor protection during transportation. It seems nobody thought the ends of the boards could possibley get damaged!!!! The boards were not returned as I needed them straight away. The ends were cut to get a straight edge. I will not be using leader stores again

Crap customer service, good prices, fast delivery, damaged on arrival, took forever and reference to sales of goods act and distance selling regulations to get any response from them Improve the services 1000% and one day I might consider returning

Delivery took over two weeks but I think it was due to the wood molding supplier not so much leader-stores, delivery was next day once It was back in stock. I wasn't too fussed to wait a little bit as it was to see if the wood was suitable for use. So I did just a test order of white hardwood and red hardwood. The whitewood was very nice no major grain or knots apart from a split down one end about half a foot in length, the redwood I got was not to good all over basically should be called pink wood in person with very inconsistent almost black like grain streaks running through it. It was very hard work getting through to leader stores I was on hold for many hours on the phone chasing my order not able to get through on an expensive line. and emails falling on deaf ears most of the time. I think there's only one guy handling customer services. Once I got through the guy was helpful enough but only got a response on whats happening with my order one day before delivery. All in all if you need some specific size wood for a job and don't mind the possible wait then I guess its fine. As it can be hard sourcing wood online for delivery in certain sizes cheaply without chasing around in person.

Although I was pleased with the quality and value for money for the bench that I ordered, I found the delivery a bit misleading. I was advised that the item had been dispatched on the Thursday and expected next day delivery to be the next day - Friday! I cancelled my usual volunteering job and stayed in all day, but the bench did not arrive. I tried to contact Leader on Saturday morning but neither the store nor the customer service numbers were answering, just a recorded message followed by the engaged tone. I also tried to contact them on line but nobody got back to me. The bench arrived first thing Monday morning, but I would have expected that someone would have checked that the item had arrived, given the messages I left. Very different experience from Amazon who inform you when to expect your delivery within an hour, and this does not encourage me to use your company in the future.

I ordered the prefix numbers 1 and 7 and was sent 1 and 2 after many phone calls I am still waiting to receive the number 7 although I have paid for it weeks ago. No one follows up phone calls and I have no idea whether my order is now being processed. I guess I will have to make another phone call. Very poor service and poor non delivery of correct items ordered.

I ordered a chest of drawers and waited over a week before I had to call them to enquire for a delivery date. The day of delivery I waited and it never came and had to call/email about this the following morning and was about to cancel my order. I spoke to someone who also said they would refund the difference in the price reduction that had also happened on my item since I purchased it. The delivery came that day however until this day I never received my refund.

I still have not received items I ordered 4 weeks ago. Someone from customer service contacted me to arrange a delivery date delivery and I simply requested delivery the following week as we were going to be away. I've contacted Leader Stores 3 times to find out what's going on with my order - no one seems to know, and if there's a problem with the supplier noone's being upfront about that.

colour match spot on. However the mdf groove you slot in the plastic floor fitting break's apart if you need to take them up. not the strongest material.

I am still waiting for my order to be sent. If I had not emailed you I wouldn't have known problem with supplier. To date still not got my item. Have had to email again to find out what is going on. Sorry up to now I'm not impressed with your customer service

Had to cancel an order as i ordered the incorrect product, cancelled within 20mins of ordering on thier website and 20 days and a few emails later still have not received the refund. Now that's service for you!

Ordered a door. Waited 5-7 days from placing order to your warehouse receiving the door. Was informed then that they could not deliver it next day, as stated in your website. As I was going abroad, I asked to have it delivered on my return in July. High and behold they delivered it on another day which was not my request. I was very dissatisfied with your service and will not require your £10 voucher for a next purchase. Not a good service!!

The product was exactly as described but took over a week to arrive. When I called the service centre I was on hold each time for over 15 mins and was cut off each time. I then resorted to live chat. Both agents were helpful but I got cut off from the first one and - thank goodness received an answer from the second agent.

My order confirmation said I would receive a confirmation of dispatch. It never came so once the expected delivery date passed I tried to contact the company via phone, web chat, and email but got no reply, in the end I only got contact once I raised a PayPal dispute. Eventually the order arrived but communication and customer support was terrible.
