After a great start unfortunately things went pear shaped ,the item I ordered was delivered quickly but not the correct item , I notified dealer but it took almost two weeks to replace item and did not take wrong item back ,still waiting for a returns information email

I ordered a front door very easily online. I had to chase a delivery date though an it ended up being up to a month later. Its great that it was made to order but the delay was too much so i cancelled so i could get one elsewhere. The order was cancelled nice and easily and a refund made. Thank you.

Hello Nicola, We do apologise for the inconvenience that this may have caused with regards to the lead time on the door that you ordered. Unfortunately these doors are special order items and do tend to take some time as they are made to order which prolongs the lead time. I am glad that you managed to find an alternative else where and you were happy with the overall service that was provided with regards to your refund. Unfortunately the item we ordered and paid for was out of stock and in fact a discontinued item! Eventually I did receive a full refund but my experience highlights the need for suppliers websites to be kept up to date.

The final flooring is great, unfortunately my order got lost by the courier. Although customer service was mostly great, it took over a week to sort.

Lock and cylinder worked fine. However I ordered on the 16th May and it took until the 10th June to arrive.

Having looked at your order, it seems the longer lead time was due to a manufacturing delay, although we do sincerely apologise for this, as any delays on orders are usually relayed back to the customer as soon as we receive the update, and it appears it was missed on this occasion. quality of bed was spot on. But delivery time was awful. waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Had to chase it up by calling customer services serval times and when I was told I'd get a phone call back the same day with information on delivery I never did and had to ring back.

Despite ordering 28th April waiting weeks and not being told the product was out of stock, which eventually had to be re-ordered, I am extremely pleased with the moroccan lightshades. Good quality product and very attractive. So all's well that ends well...

bed took quite a while to come which was annoying as I had to pay off my credit card bill which it was on before receiving delivery of the bed. However when it arrived the quality was good and I was pleased with the service. I had ordered the same bed previously from another company and it arrived damaged

Although well packed there was still some damage to the product luckily I could hide this with beading.

Disappointed in the fact that the website did not state that the item I had ordered and paid for was not in stock as it says you should be advised on the website. Spoke to customer services who were very nice and then had to email for a refund and then before I received the refund I the item was delivered. I then emailed them to advise that I would not require a refund, only for them to call a few days later to ask if the item has been delivered!! Bit of a shambles

To be honest I dont have the doors yet as the company delivering them is useless. I know thats not your fault but in future I would pick a parcel company who gives more options than it having to be between 8 or 6 and they dont ring half hour before. I cant get the time off work so have not been in to receive my parcel. TNT tld me on both occasions that someone would call me and no one did, then I was told that they dont have mobiles. They cant even give you an morning or afternoon delivery and expect you to stay in all day. I have now asked them to put it in my back garden and lock the gate after them but she said when they get their its their decision. they dont deliver on a saturday unless you pay for it which then you will bill me. I wanted to order another 7 doors off you plus hardware but if this is the case then I might have to go elsewhere. I would rather pay a bit more and have them delivered up on my instructions that go through this again. They took over 3 weeks to come as well. Very frustrated customer at the moment, sorry. :(

Dear Sirs, Time to talk about giving a review WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER!!! I was going to leave it until the end of April when I would have contacted you. Perhaps you might let me know what is going on? Thank you. Yours faithfully, A.S.M.BOYLE PS:- I have been asked to enter a rating. Clearly this is difficult until I know whether the delay is justified. Until then I will provisionally enter NORMAL in order to be neutral.

courier service is poor. They can't even organise a quick phone call or text to tell you that the courier is on his way, which means you're supposed to stay in all day waiting for a delivery; which is in this day and age is outdated. The courier also wanted to leave the item outside with the neighbour. Which would have been bad if it had rained ! Luckily the neighbour insisted that it came indoors.

Took an age to come. Chased via email which wasn't replied to. Chased by phone and the guy was helpful and rang back quite quickly. Packaging not brilliant and one lamp shade had been knocked about a bit, but used it anyway. Would use again because I liked the lampshades and the price was right.
