My last order for 2 bulk-head lights was placed on the 05/02/21 on 5/7 day delivery.
Nothing had arrived by 22/02/21 so attempted to contact them. I could log into my account okay, but the web contact form didn't work so tried to call them. The number doesn't exist!!
I found this website and everyone's talks of woe. I've contacted my card issue to dispute the transaction.”

every week, they keep telling me that it will be shipped next week. I gave them an ultimatum of if it is not shipped next week (the week they told me it would be shipped for the nth time), I want a refund. They had the nerve to tell me that this was not possible! Considering legal action.

Edit1: Finally received a FULL refund via paypal. LedKia did a partial refund (deducting £16) . Went back to paypal and got it all.

“I am in the process of trying to get an RMA from this company.
I ordered 60 (almost £700) of led lamps.
Upon arrival 21 out of 60 were damaged. I immediately emailed then to ask about how we proceed?
The photos and RMA were sent late due to a family death from Covid and some time away from work.
The packaging was non existent. Just a regular cardboard box fully loaded with fragile glass lamps. Every lamp around the perimeter was smashed/damaged. Not a carrier issue, it's whoever dispatched them' in this state and expected them to stay in one piece!
They have emailed today stating the RMA has been cancelled and will not allow any returns.
I cannot understand how any reputable company can do this?
I am awaiting a reply.

“Horrendous experience, order arrived with an item missing and no paperwork. I contacted the company by email to receive a response a week later telling me I didn't follow procedure! A disgusting way to treat customers, never again.”
“I returned some bulbs and LEDKIA deducted multiple charges that they did not tell me about. This resulted in only a fraction of my money being refunded. Despite challenging this LEDKIA have been slow to respond and reluctant to resolve the issue. There are far better, more trustworthy bulb shops out there. Be smart and shop somewhere else!”

They claim the "Customer Satisfaction - If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back." which is utter tripe.
Order was delivered fine, but the LED bulbs I received appear to be seconds. They are Philips branded but they have glue on the fixings and are not Philips quality.
They also are not a UK retailer. Consequently, if you try and return anything then they ask for £15 deduction for postage PLUS the original postage cost. By which time you might as well hold onto the items (which they are clearly counting on)

I only wish I read these many bad reviews first....
I have not had this misfortune to have every dealt with such a poor supplier, rude customer service that actually hanged up. This is my first and hopefully last negative response I've posted to put this in perspective.
Even when I sent pictures via email of our electrician showing the 220v current rectifier cable reading OVER 600volts!? This on both product dangerously fault and absolutely no interest in dealing with this except "asking me to make a 15 second video and send back to Spain" at my cost!?
These dangerously faulty plugs, which they want me to send back at £25 carriage to me when the 2 leads are worth less than £8 each?
I then purchased more to utilize the LED cable (worth over £100) already installed and their DPD driver said they have entered the wrong mobile number, could not change and only Ledkia could update.
Ledkia customer service suggested I get in my car drive 37 miles / 80 mins to collect before they (DPD) send it back to Spain??? They claim address was wrong but DPD said they just couldn't find house number and mobile was wrong (missing a digit). Mobile was correct on order and either way, why am I having to chase up their courier in the first place and being told to drive 37 miles???
They refused to call DPD, DPD refused to update my details to delivery and cannot raise a complaint on their online email (don't want to be hang-up on), as this also DOES NOT WORK.
Terrible/no existing customer service experience proven dangerously faulty products and just don't care as they have my money, end of. - Avoid, avoid, avoid !!!
I will update this post IF/WHEN they care to finally respond to and deal with BOTH these serious failings but experience and stressed caused can not be taken back.”
