“Ordered a product from this company, received in a timely fashion BUT the products box was damaged and product was out of the box on arrival.
Emailed to let them know, no real apology (the item was badly packaged hence why it arrived damaged) but was asked to send item back so they could refund. Such a shame that they refused to pay the postage back for the item as a gesture but they instead refereed me to the t's&c's of regular returns (this was damaged!).
Shame that they didn't really care about a first time customer and have lost my future business.

“The price of the items I purchased was great and the delivery time frame was also reasonable. The overall usability of the website etc was also very good but the items arrived very badly damaged and although the content appears to be fine, these were intended as a Christmas present and if they didn't know me better they would probably assume these are second hand goods or stolen off the back of a lorry in their current condition.
The damage has significantly impacted my ability to rate you higher, I have raised a complaint and look forward to a resolution which will hopefully improve my mood!”
