“It has taken me almost two weeks to get used to the pillow owing to the difference with my usual pillows. Now that I am used to it, I no longer wake to adjust my pillows and more importantly, no longer wake with the same neck and head pain. Given this was the reason the pillow was needed - it’s been amazing. The product is well made and was delivered promptly. I do miss my softer, cosier pillow in one way but wouldn’t go back now. Having less joint pain is priceless.”

Physiotherapists advise around two weeks to get used to Levitex pillows - they really are like unlike anything you might have slept on before, and getting your body used to it takes time. “Not a fan ngl. The pillow is like sleeping on a brick and it says you can get your money back if you try it for 2 weeks and you don’t like it but I’ve emailed them and I’ve had no reply. I’d say the pillow worsened my neck pain even though it claims to get rid of it. Also there are different sizes of pillows which is good and for example it recommended getting a size large if your a large build or extra large build but you sleep on your side but it gives no reference as to what they consider to be a large or xl build”

“Stick with it. Initially the pillow seems a bit hard but you soon get used to it. I have always had a problem getting my head in a comfortable position. Ear wrong, too low, too high. This new pillow is a fixed height which is jest right for me and easily raises by putting a slim pillow below. I find myself going to sleep very quickly as no moving head about, fluffing up pillow etc. just sleep.”
