“I discovered the Sleep Posture Pillow when researching mattresses. I am 67 and have spondylitis in my neck and occasional lower back pain when I overdo it when gardening It has taken a while to get used to the pillow and although my spondylitis is ongoing and unlikely to ever go away I feel my symptoms are being alleviated and most definitely has helped my back pain. I have taken a star off as I do still experience neck and shoulder pain.
