“The pillow does take a few days to get used to. Then you really do need it in your life. A further few days to get used to where you can put your arm (place head at edge of pillow and arm can go around pillow) and you have a really good pillow which supports your head. No more waking and turning your pillow as it has slunk down to nothing. Have tried a lot of pillows, with a lot of promises. This one lives up to its promise!”
“I ordered an Extra Large pillow from Levitex and it arrived very promptly a couple of days later. After a couple of weeks use, I thought it was too deep for me and contacted them again. thank you for taking the time to leave a review! You're absolutely correct, the size you have is made for side sleeping and not suitable for long term back sleeping. It's simply because the space between your head and the bed is different when you side sleep (ear to bed) and when you back sleep (back of the head to bed).
If you fall asleep on your side and only swap to back at some point in the night sometimes, you're fine as the position you go to sleep in is the one you spend the most time in and so you'll still reap the benefits of optimised sleep posture.

thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If you're experiencing ear pain, we've found that this is more often than not connected to a provocative sleeping posture. Swapping to Dreamer and perhaps hugging an old pillow to stop you rolling over to your front should do the trick :)
You'll be pleased to know that all of our clinical research has been done on the 20cm thick mattress and we've found no difference to the level of pressure relief, proprioceptive feedback and postural management when we added more thickness (so we left it at 20cm as making a thicker mattress would force us to raise the prices).

“I use it with a feather pillow on top and that combination works well. Otherwise, it's too low. What I like is that it remains in position and keeps your head raised when you sleep.”
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our goal isn't to raise your head - it's to keep your neck neutral while you sleep, so we really don't recommend popping a feather pillow on top to raise your head. While the pillow by itself is likely to feel too low at first as you wouldn't be used to being neutral, you get used to the new sleep experience fairly quickly.

“Fast postage for pillows which although do smell a bit chemical at first and take some getting used to have proved comfortable and help to lessen snoring a little. I would recommend these but to be used with a pillowcase.”

“I got the pillow as part of my late effects treatment for a cancer 12 years ago. My sleep patterns have been very disturbed and restless, normally waking around 4:30am. The Levitex pillow along with a conversation with James have changed dramatically my quality of sleep and to some extent my length of sleep. I forgot to take the pillow to our other house and my sleep patterns reverted back to how they used to be.
I can't recommend the Levitex pillow enough, it has changed the way I sleep, but more importantley my quality of sleep has improved markedly, I can't explain why, but for me it has worked.
