While some people won't see a change to their sleep, especially if there's an underlying issue, we often find that instead of an underlying issue, it's due to an either wrong size of pillow or the sleeping position needing a tweak to ensure it's optimised. “I took delivery of my new Levitex pillow about a month ago.
Previously a night's sleep would be broken up into a number of short periods, as I would change my position many times during, the night and at the same time flipping my old pillow over each time.
There was an initial settling-in period of about a week, during which time I got used to the difference in firmness and texture. However, now I sleep for much longer periods at a time and I don't think I've flipped the pillow once since it arrived! All-in-all, a great aid to a better night's sleep and I would highly recommend this to anyone having difficulty in sleeping comfortably.”
