“INCREDIBLE!!!!! Both myself and my mum suffer from chronic pain due to a health condition we both suffer from and would often wake up in pain. “The delivery and follow up customer service is excellent. The pillow itself is hard - my neck has improved, but I tend to wake up with a sore ear. I'm a side and back sleeper, so might have the wrong size pillow (I bought small).”
