“The delivery and follow up customer service is excellent. The pillow itself is hard - my neck has improved, but I tend to wake up with a sore ear. I'm a side and back sleeper, so might have the wrong size pillow (I bought small).”

A further few days to get used to where you can put your arm (place head at edge of pillow and arm can go around pillow) and you have a really good pillow which supports your head. No more waking and turning your pillow as it has slunk down to nothing. Have tried a lot of pillows, with a lot of promises. This one lives up to its promise!”
