"I would give zero stars if I could.\r\n\r\nI purchased a gas dryer directly from LG with paid professional delivery and installation, and what followed was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.\r\n\r\nThe first issue occurred on installation day, when I was told the installers did not have the correct gas kit and that someone would return \u201cfirst thing in the morning\u201d to complete the job. That never happened. Over the course of several weeks and four failed installation attempts, I made 14 calls to LG, and not one person resolved the issue.\r\n\r\nI was repeatedly given incorrect and contradictory information, promised callbacks that never occurred, transferred endlessly, disconnected, and told at various points that there was \u201cnothing they could do.\u201d On one call, I was even told that I would need to install a gas dryer myself and source my own parts, despite paying for professional installation.\r\n\r\nI was also repeatedly told I could return the appliance, that supervisors had opened tickets, and that follow-ups would occur, none of which actually happened. What was promised on calls was actual outright lies, with no accountability.\r\n\r\nEven after escalation to LG\u2019s Presidential Department, nothing changed. The liaison did not resolve the issue and ultimately hid behind internal policy rather than addressing the situation. I still do not have a safely or properly installed dryer, and property damage occurred during the third installation attempt. I also have a damaged gas dryer now because of the improper installation on the third and fourth attempts... and they don't even care. \r\n\r\nThis entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. LG showed no ownership, no follow-through, and no concern for delivering the service they sold. If anything goes wrong, be prepared to spend weeks chasing answers with no resolution. This Customer Service should be illegal.\r\n\r\nI will never purchase from LG again!!!!"

"I placed an online order for my washing machine on Tuesday and it was delivered on Saturday. I felt the price was competitive and the delivery and set up was super easy. The delivery company was RXO out of Pensacola, FL. I was kept updated on the delivery date and time. The technicians were thoughtful and treated my home with care as they carted in and out the old machine and the new one. As long as this product holds up, I'll be very pleased with my purchase."

"LG products DO NOT BUY\r\nPLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING LG\r\n\r\nIf I could give negative stars, I would!\r\n\r\nDISHWASHER:\r\nMoved into our new home in the middle of June. (Roughly 2 months). We had an LG dishwasher and within two weeks the dishwasher racks were COMPLETELY FRIED through. Like rotted to the bone! ALL 3 racks. I called LG customer service, hoping for help. Was on hold and passed around for over an hour. Not only were most of the people I talked to extremely unpleasant and blamed everything on the user. They said nothing was covered under warranty and if it was within warranty all of the racks were cosmetic and would NEVER have been under warranty. The very top rack, the smallest rack for purchase was over $300 (with their discount). LG said what I was doing wrong was I DID NOT turn on the sink for hot water for 5 minutes every time before starting a load of wash. THEN I was filling it too full (but I can assure you I didn\u2019t). NEXT I was using too much dishwasher soap solution, BUT I use the dishwash pods for the dishwasher from Sam\u2019s Club and set it on the \u201csensing\u201d setting to make sure it was cleaned properly. LASTLY the dishwasher needed to be cleaned every month and I didn\u2019t know if it had been (we moved in 2 weeks before the problem). Because of these things within one wash, all three racks were completely burned through!!! And according to everyone at LG customer service this was all my fault as the user. \r\n\r\nCLOTHS DRYER:\r\nWhen we purchased this house, we also went to Home Depot and purchased an LG washer and dryer top-of-the-line. Two months later, my dryer smells like a fireplace and the back wire is completely burnt! Again, I had to call LG because it\u2019s under a two year manufacturer warranty. I am greeted with me being the user doing EVERYTHING WRONG! He said I was not properly loading the dryer that it was too full or that it was installed improperly. He proceeded to say that the problem was cosmetic and was not covered under warranty. I have done the same loads of wash that I have always done with every past dryer. So because my dryer smells like a fireplace and I\u2019m pretty sure would catch the clothes and my house on fire. I am more than welcome to buy the replacement cosmetic part!\r\n\r\nWith all my frustration with LG I talked to my parents to see if they\u2019ve ever had this problem, but not to my surprise they have not because they do not have LG products. They also informed me that LG is one of the worst companies to deal with! And after dealing with their customer service, I would agree. NOTHING is covered under warranty, EVERYTHING is cosmetic, they blame everything on the customer, and they are RUDE to talk to on the phone! IF you buy LG you better buy a warranty that is not through them!\r\n\r\nWe have had to deal with Home Depot and they have been extremely helpful! They have said that LG is wrong and they have helped us! Not only does Home Depot have amazing customer service. They actually help solve your problem without blaming everything on the user!"

"I bought a LG STobe the one with the blue oven we used the the oven for the first time and with the grease that got on the bottom the paint got damaged losses the bright blue color now it has gray mate spot i can believe how it can get damaged with just cooking, spend over 1400.00 bought the warranty and not best buy or the warranty took care of it they just said is cosmetic so bad service trying to make them understand that is cosmetic damaged that shouldn't happen at the first tome using it bad paint quality"

"Lunby\u2019s terrible customer service \u2014 on June 10th, they received my return and promised to issue a refund within 14 days. It has now been 80 days, and I still haven\u2019t received my refund. I have called six or seven times, and each time they promised either within 72 hours or within 14 days, but so far nothing has been refunded. Their after-sales service is absolutely awful. Every time I get transferred, I am left on hold for hours, and then they randomly hang up on me. The staff have no training at all and clearly don\u2019t know what they are doing."

"Ordered a new French door refrigerator (the LG Max Zero Clearance) and it was delivered with a large dent in the lower freezer door. In about a week, the replacement refrigerator arrived and it had a large dent in the upper left door. I called LG and asked for another replacement and was told they only allow two returns and so they would give me a refund instead. I agreed and ordered the same refrigerator from Lowes. Lowes delivered the same LG refrigerator in perfect condition."
