“Delighted with ladies slippers. Unfortunately our order for the men's slippers was incorrect. Soft rather than hard soles that we had paid extra for. The customer service dept were helpful and gave info on how to return and exchange them. All a bit of hassle though as we are a long way from the nearest post office. Hopefully the correct order will be delivered soon.”

“Product was fine however the delivery was shocking. It was late and when we enquired with you we were promised twice a call back yet neither time did we receive one. We then found our product lounging at the post Office Depot due to non payment of delivery charges. We won't be purchasing from you again as the service was rubbish. Quite a simple customer service opportunity yet you failed in all departments. We are still waiting for one of our call backs! Well done you another customer lost.”

“Shopping experience was great. Finding the items I wanted was easy and so was the check out process. I expect delivery to be the same, I already received a tracking number for my order. I like that shop and I will definitely shop again. Thanks!”
