“Thought the 10% discount applied to me at booking but enrolled after my transaction. Could not for the love of me get on with the tracking or the pure thingy to get in touch with the warehouse. Wrote my message but could not see how to send the message, frustrated but put it down to my age. Delivery arrived on the 16th. but I ordered on the 10th.hence my three stars. Bit like my school reports could do better! Kindest Regards MickDedman”

“I’m going to be honest I waited a long time 6 weeks to be exact after ordering to delivery but I understand that it was a busy time of year and short staffed. The boots I ordered are lovely and I haven’t had them off my feet since! I also received a 10% refund on the boots because I waited so long and an apology so I’m happy with that.”

“Awful company to deal with. Item ordered in November, not recieved until after Christmas. Terrible customer service, i emailed daily asking for an update and was ignored. I then requested a refund, this was also ignored. Item arrived 5 weeks later, missing Christmas all together. Avoid Avoid Avoid!”
