I ordered a lead type U to connect to my festoon lights which I purchased last year. Was really looking forward to putting lights in my trees and connecting them with my lead, only to be extremely disappointed as when I opened the box the lead had 3 prongs instead of 2. I phoned your company and explained the problem and was told you don't sell leads for the festoon lights which I purchased from your company and to try garden centres, which I did, only to be told they don't sell them and to go back to the manufacturer. Not a happy customer.

Big disappointment so far. Bought these for a poorly friend as a present for her birthday TOMORROW and only the smallest of the three candles worked at first then the large one started after some shaking. Middle one completely dead still. Just found your number in your mail and will phone you tomorrow, sure you will sort it out but no help for tomorrow? Sandra de M Davies

A little disappointed that these lights only light up for 2 hours maximum. I am hopeful that this might change as we get more sun

I ordered the small glass dome through ebay but i ordered the wrong one and needed the large glass dome. When i phoned to see about exchanging the small to large that wasn't a problem. So i went ahead and made the order and paid over the phone. But because i ordered over the phone (not through ebay) for some reason i had to pay for p&p when p&p was free through ebay ????(as you can see from the photo) I feel this is abit misleading. I should of emailed to return the item and brought the larger item from ebay so not to pay the p&p. So with the price to return the item (as there no was free returns) and pay from the large glass dome plus p&p it's actually ended costing around 30 pounds when it should of been £22.99.

Delivery was quick and efficient, but the colour of the lights was not as expected. They were pink rosebud lights but the bulbs are more of an orangey colour.

The candles look good and are realistic however two of the batteries were dead so I now have purchase new batteries on top of what I have already paid.

A little disappointed in the size of the dome I ordered. Even though it was described as large it was very small. The photo didn't show just how small it was.

Customer service is good products we purchased were disapponting so we sent them all back apart from the fiary lights on wire they are good! You have stock on eBay which is £10 more expensive than on your website where the same stock is marked as gone out of stock bit naughty!!

Good products, my only complaint was that I enquired as to when the transformers would next be in stock for the LED strip lights, the female I spoke to took my phone number & said she would call me back the following day, that was over a week ago & im still waiting !!!

I ordered the wrong item at 11 pm at night. Phoned 8.30 following morning to change order. This could not be done as order sent to warehouse to be picked. Surely a system could be put in place to easily pick out items picked for delivery and stopped in special circumstances to avoid customer having to pay postage for an unwanted item to return.

Unfortunately the first order never arrived which is probably more to do with Royal Mail than Lights4fun. When I contacted them about it, they asked me to double check it hadn't been left with neighbours etc which is fair enough. As it hadn't, they sent me a new order. I'm happy enough with the clear bulb lights, however the pine cone lights and the sunflower ones look rather plasticy which is a shame.

Products are good value for money, however it did seem to take a lot longer than expected to process and deliver the order, longer than the 48hrs promised online. One of the morocccan string lights would not switch off at the battery pack, though it was not worth it to return as the item itself was quite inexpensive.

Hello Bo, thank you for your feedback, the delivery service you chose was the 2nd class tracked service which is named "Royal Mail Tracked 48". The delivery promise by Royal Mail is 2-3 working days. I bought 3 sets of lights. On the sunflower set as soon as I opened them some pieces of plastic fell out. 2 of the flowers were broken but I really couldn't be bothered to send them back. The other lights were fine.

I bought 5 lights. Unfortunately 1 light out of the 5 did not work. i.e. it only worked while solar panel was plugged-in. As soon as solar panel was not plugged into the light, the light would not work. If not for this I would have given the lights a Good or Very Good rating.

Second time I've ordered a batch of battery lights and second time had a couple not work properly. Didn't bother contacting them because I didn't really have time. The lights were on special offer for £1.99 so didn't expect high quality.

One candle didn't work. We changed the battery and it worked but it did have times it wouldn't work again. When they worked they were nice and good value for money.

My initial order via Amazon arrived with 1 faulty product. Customer service was prompt and a replacement dispatched quickly with no requirement to return the faulty goods. Brilliant service so i decided to order straight from lights4fun. Again prompt delivery but neither product worked so emailed to ask for assistance as i may have been at fault and it was so close to Christmas i just wanted my fairy lights to work. Unfortunately no response to email so re-sent plea for help, but still no response. I think this was due to Christmas and it was disappointing that the products were not useable over the festive period but i really love the products and the initial service was brilliant so will put it down to a blip and will continue to use this company xx
