I didnt realise they were plastic as you do not describe them as such plus they are hollow and do not fit into a standard candle stick as they are to wide\n\nVery dissapointed

Placed an order and was dispatched next day. A week later having not received the goods, called lights4fun, only to be told they would investigate. Get an email in the evening saying order was lost in network system. Got a replacement shipped within 2 days, but thisonly happened when I followed up.

Hello Depakkumar, I'm sorry that you had to contact us because you had not received your order. Unfortunately it was lost in the delivery network. I'm pleased to see that we have sent a replacement order on an Express service that was delivered yesterday. I have purchased previously. Excellent products I would recommend but dispatch & delivery has room for improvement. 7 days is ridiculous. Other companies offer free delivery & can have product delivered within 48 hours of purchase.

If a discount is offered until midnight (as on 28th Nov), then some email or phone support should be available up to that time. I missed out on 15% discount because I could not contact anybody on the evening of 28th nor early on 29th. Given that I wanted to add an additional £43.97 worth of goods to my original order of £75.74, I was disappointed that the discount was not applied to the entire order. This was my first time to deal with lights4fun, perhaps my last.

have been unable to use connectors - they appear to be the same size as the pluds/sockets on the light strings, so information would be helpful\n\nlights are pretty enough but much less bright than I had expected - so again information on perhaps comparable wattage mighthelp\n\nwebsite and delivery were excellent

My reviews previously for lights 4 fun has been positive but this transaction was not. I received goods late and also a faulty item. I feel the company did not take this seriously nor offer a refund/alternative product

Hi, Well the girls who you have contact with are very nice, but when I first ordered my outdoor lights the lead and first connecting set of lights were very good and I was told that I could from this connect more lights but this it seems was not possible . After chats with staff on the phone each time I thought we had solved it and we came back to the same problem no I could not connect the lights they sent so it became so frustrating I sent all of them back. I do think you need someone who can look at what you have already bought and tell you what you need next. I would recommend your Solar lights.

The lights were perfect but I paid more for first class delivery so I could have them by the weekend but didn't show up on the weekend because it took a week to get to me. Was not impressed

I think that the quality of the goods from lights4fun is always excellent as are the prices. I just get extremely frustrated at the fact that I cannot order on-line (I've tried for two orders now) and that I have to telephone through. The second order didn't arrive and, although the person I spoke to was very helpful and got it sorted, the reason for the error was not clear. If lights4fun can get these technical glitches sorted the rating would probably go up to very good.

The packing was fine. We tried the christmas tree to make sure it lit up ok but as yet haven't given it time for full appreciaton until after xmas.

Couldn't order online due to technical issue but ordered over phone and given great service. Lights turned out to be not powerful enough and quite small. Delivery a little expensive especially returns. Should have a free returns service.
