“I think that the quality of the goods from lights4fun is always excellent as are the prices. I just get extremely frustrated at the fact that I cannot order on-line (I've tried for two orders now) and that I have to telephone through. The second order didn't arrive and, although the person I spoke to was very helpful and got it sorted, the reason for the error was not clear. If lights4fun can get these technical glitches sorted the rating would probably go up to very good.”

“The packing was fine. We tried the christmas tree to make sure it lit up ok but as yet haven't given it time for full appreciaton until after xmas.”

“Couldn't order online due to technical issue but ordered over phone and given great service. Lights turned out to be not powerful enough and quite small. Delivery a little expensive especially returns. Should have a free returns service.”

“Great lights but turned up in the post squashed as the packaging was flimsy plastic. Should have been sent out in better packaging. Bit disappointed as they are for a present.”

“Couldn't remember my password so ended up having to phone instead... The things I ordered were ok but not nearly bright enough for the project I was doing and it would have been good to show details of the lights in the strings... I was using the battery string of lights for a small illuminated sign and the structure of the wire was just too large to fit where I needed it to go.. Otherwise service was good and I will use Lights for fun again. Thank you.”

“The lights I purchased were quite good. They are fairly bright and look lovely under the cupboard although only one out of the five I bought could go off. The other three couldn't go off and one of them refused to work. So I decided to give them a 3 star, because I expected them to be able to go on and off when touched, otherwise the delivery was fantastic.”

“the service wasent bad but not good it was good that I got replacement lights for the ones notworking which was very good . the thing that was bad was the girl on the phone I dident like the way she spoke to me her tone of voice there was one girl called kate she was very nice on the phone but the next girl she wasent . has for the lights there look very nice when I can get them to work some nights some don't come on then a other night different ones come on it becomes a pain . don't get me rong very nice in the garden when there working . the ones that change colour are better and for some reason there work mutch better I don't seem to have a problem with them . so all in all its still a good place to buy lights and for the money there good .”

“I bought 5 lots of SL14101 "2 White LED Stainless Steel Solar Stake" at £8.99. One didn't work. I switched batteries with another but no joy. Rang your support line and was basically told to try again. We're talking about an item that retails at less than £5. I had expected to be told "hang on, we'll replace it". I took the offending lamp and fixed it myself. But you get a D- for Customer Service. Overall - I'm somewhat disappointed by the experience.”

“Good products at reasonable prices. I ordered two sets of lights, but only one was sent to me. I rang customer services and they sent out the other item really quickly. This is the first time I've bought from this company so it was abit disappointing that they didn't get the order right.”

“Since i could´t order by the website to Sweden i had to do it by chat. I know i orderd green lights, but on the invoice it said white, but i missed that. So i naturally got two white insted of green. But it was my misstake not to see it on the invoice before i paid via Paypal. And because it was via chat i cant prove that i wrote two green lights.”
