My initial order via Amazon arrived with 1 faulty product. Customer service was prompt and a replacement dispatched quickly with no requirement to return the faulty goods. Brilliant service so i decided to order straight from lights4fun. Again prompt delivery but neither product worked so emailed to ask for assistance as i may have been at fault and it was so close to Christmas i just wanted my fairy lights to work. Unfortunately no response to email so re-sent plea for help, but still no response. I think this was due to Christmas and it was disappointing that the products were not useable over the festive period but i really love the products and the initial service was brilliant so will put it down to a blip and will continue to use this company xx

It took quite a while for the order to arrive and when it did the wire was so tangled and took us a while to very carefully untangle the knotted wire, only to find that one of the sets of lights were actually broken! the wire had a been cut/snapped which meant that half the lights on the length didn't work. I didn't complain or ask for another set to replace them because it was Christmas and quite frankly I had enough on my plate... Plus it was easier for my husband to fix them. I do however find the fact that this happened quite poor. Other than that the lights are quite pretty and good value for money Thanks x

I think the delivery information could be better. I paid extra for the 24 hour delivery and it didn't up in 24 hours (I took into account that you wouldn't work sundays)

Good delivery but faulty goods. One of my two sets has only half of the bulbs working - even after pressing the lighting options button. Please can you advise as to what to do.

My items were delayed in dispatch so I received a refund for the carriage and an apology, which was appreciated. Unfortunately the lights I ordered did not advise if they had a memory or not, however LED lights I purchased previously did have a memory. So if you want garden lights and carriag, do dont want them to flash it would be prudent to enquire what the defult "on" mode is or you will have to set them every time you turn them on ond off. Not what Id expect from an expensive product. To me a lack of memory is generally for cheap imported products. Please note I was offered a full refund, however I paid for the return carriage.

For customer service, 100%. I had a problem with a transformer and the calm and empathetic services lady could not have been more helpful, dispatching a new transformer 2 days before Xmas. Alas, that one also failed on me in between testing the lights and putting them up around garden. So this review is more about service than product, which seems to have some issues.

The lights arrived within the time, so was happy with that and the website is easy to use.I have had them up for 4 days and already 2 lights are not working, so am not very happy about that!

The item arrived - a little white tree with lights on. I put the batteries in but the connection was very poor. I eventually managed to get the lights to come on with a lot of fiddling, but I cannot use the base plate as the lights go off as soon as I put it in place. I could not be bothered to send it back!

I love your gorgeous lights, and when I phone, the ladies I have spoken to are really nice, helpful and polite. I would loved to have given you a higher rating, but I have been let down. I ordered some lights, 3 star lights, and a love heart light. The suction cups which are included with the star lights were missing. I phoned, and was told that other people have experienced the same problem, and they would be sent out to me. I have not received them, and called yesterday 21st December, 2015, to be told that there is no record on the system of my conversation, and although you can send some out, I will not receive them for Christmas. Due to the time of year, everywhere have sold out, so I will have to use sticky tape to put them up - not very pleasing to the eye. Very disappointed indeed.

Took longer to come than I'd hoped so missed the deadline to send it to my daughter for Christmas. One of the trees had an ill fitting base which tended to fall off. Hopefully it'll be ok!

I kept the mistletoe lights even though I thought they were quite poor quality but didn't want the fuss and expense of sending them back, so me good deed for Christmas was donating them to my local charity shop !!

These actual lights are incredible, I received some myself last Christmas and they add a beautiful little twinkle to a room, I ave them spiralled around a standing / reading lamp. I bought some as gifts fr friends this year as I was sent an email offering me 10% off. I was really irritated when only 2 days later, long before they had arrived or were needed, received a VIP promotional email offering me 30% off purchases because of custom I had given in the past. Not very impressed that Lights4fun send a better promotional offer so soon after sending a less good one.

Very well packaged. Penguins are lovely but no way to fasten to ground. Just moved them to shelter of porch as very windy and blew over. Got reindeer last yr with white pegs to secure and stays put. All penguin needs are similar white metal loops for feet but do not know where to get something like that. Baby in particular is very small and light.

Hi Susan, thanks for your review. Unfortunately, our 3D Acrylic Figures don't have a fixing for a peg, or hook unlike the wire Reindeer figure you purchased last year. May I recommend running a wire or cable run over the feet and secured in place with pegs either side of the feet? Kindest regards, Lisa, Lights4fun

After Being In Contact With Your Delivery Service About Not Being Able To Be In When Package Arrived,I Arranged For Package To Be Left In An Outbuilding..Came Home Days Later To Find Package Left On Doorstep…Whats The Point In Asking For Package To Be Left Elsewhere,When Their Just Going To Dump It On Your Doorstep Anyway…Not Impressed...
