“My lights arrived on time. They were well packed, but unfortunately one was broken, it was a Friday. I sent an a mail to Lights4fun immediately. On Saturday I received a friendly, delightful email, telling me a replacement would be sent off immediately. It arrived on Monday. Thank you. I love my lights !”

“An excellent purchase. Good sized snowflakes and are sturdy. The cables are a bit shorter for my needs and a choice for different cable lengths will make this purchase even better. Haven’t used the timer function and cannot comment on that feature, but, we are very pleased with the quality, service and the appearance. Looks lovely in the window. I will be buying a couple of more of these. I will definitely recommend this product.”

“We have used Lights4fun for a number of years to illuminate our back garden, so when our Christmas lights at the front of the house wouldn't perform, and with only 9 days to go to the big event; there was only one company to turn to. Delivery was within days and the staff were very informative. The lights we have now (both string and net) have transformed the front of the house, and we have received lots of comments from our neighbours. Another great purchase from Lights4 fun.”

Hello Veronica, We are really sorry that you still haven't received your order. I have tracked it and I can see DPD did try to deliver your order on Wednesday 20th December and also on Thursday 21st December but they have been unable to locate your address which you have entered on your order.
