“needed to source some lights at short notice on two occasions in December, telephone team were brilliant, helpful and resolved all my issues. Good advice was given and the products arrived next day, to enable our team to complete the installations and "save Christmas" We will be using Lights4fun for all our lighting schemes and events in the future.”

“First class service. I had a white led snowflake delivered and it was bent in the packaging. I phoned to tell them and they sent me another by first class mail and let me keep the original one too. Excellent customer service.”

“This was the first time I have used Lights4fun company, they let me know when my purchase was dispatched, which arrived swiftly. I also liked the sense of humour in their emails and on the packaging. I would definitely use this company again, and tell my friends and family about them and their products.”

“Our candle lights decided that they had had enough after years of good service, so I searched the web for replacements. After viewing several sites I decided on Lights4fun, as their lights and reviews were good. Unfortunately the 5% discount I was offered when I first looked at the site was no longer available, so when I queried this I was told it only applies to when you first click onto the site. Not a good start, so I complained and I was eventually offered 10% discount. It's not very good customer service to offer something, then take it away, but I am now satisfied as the lights are great and the customer service lady was very friendly and helpful, so make sure you get a discount if you intend to buy”
