Hello Kristin, We are so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel, thank you for your time on the phone this afternoon. Upon investigation, your parcel had unfortunately been lost in the Hermes delivery network. As promised, I have arranged for a brand new order to be dispatched from our warehouse this evening to be with you tomorrow via Royal Mail. “Absolutely delighted with products ordered(set of 3 reindeer) and service. Had a problem with the colour of the lights on the daddy reindeer so emailed lights4fun and they sent me another reindeer and told me to keep the first one. Can highly reccommend this company. Angie in Ireland”

“I purchased outdoor lights which are of superb quality- really robust with a great light. I also purchased the 4 for £10 1m LED’s which are fantastic value. I also purchased the dome with lights and holly as well as the chilli lights - again, I’m really pleased with the quality and value for money. I will be buying more lights and have no hesitation in recommending the company.”
