“I received my order very quickly. I noticed a fault on one of the lights and contacted them and they sent me a replacement straight away which I received 2 days later, very quick response and despite the original fault (a small hole in one of the bulbs on a long lead of outside bulbs) I would use them again.”

“This company has excelled in their customer service after a problem. One of the lights I ordered had been used; the strip you remove to stick it to a surface was missing. I phoned up to express my concern, happy that they offered a replacement but nothing arrived. After leaving a review (as above) I was contacted within a few hours and offered a replacement and a refund; they could tell from the tracking that the replacement hadn’t been received. And shipped another one out same day which arrived tracked next day. They have then followed up today to check it was received. Who could ask for better. Thank you lights4fun”

“Amazing range. They had exactly the lights I needed and I ordered 2 different sets as I wasn't sure which I preferred. Delivery was very quick, and I ended up using both sets anyway. Made my living room look like a room set from a famous Swedish flat pack shop which is no bad thing!”
