“Brilliant, helpful and friendly customer service! Thank you for sending me a replacement set of Christmas tree lights when I called to say the set I ordered, just few days prior, were faulty and did not work. I received the new set of lights the following day and they work, ofcourse, perfectly!!”

After an investigation as to why you had not received a response from us, it was because you had submitted an enquiry form via our website with an image where the file size was too large so it had rejected it and was not sent through to us. “I ordered x2 Christmas Acrylic Spun Stags which arrived on time. One of the Stags was faulty upon delivery but I was extremely impressed with how Lights4fun dealt with the call phone. Nothing was too much trouble and the problem was sorted within 2 working days.”
