“Absolutely AMAZING customer service from this company. Had a defective light sent to us which was immediately replaced and then when the delivery company managed to lose the parcel, they replaced it again. Could not praise this level of service highly enough. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.”

“I needed two large lanterns which were no longer on the website. Contacted L4F and got a quick reply to advise me there had been some issues with breakages so they had been withdrawn, but they would check warehouse. They did have 2 (which I needed for a wedding) and they were duly sent out. Unfortunately one did break and I was refunded for this one and it was suggested I could take the lantern to a glazier. I found a local guy to repair the lantern at a cost slightly less than my refund, so very happy!”

“I've shopped with Lights4fun a number of times now and I'm always so happy with the products. I bought a number of items this time as gifts for family (niece and Mum) and they were so pleased with what they recieved. “The lights I ordered were well packaged and arrived very promptly. They are exactly what I wanted to help brighten a dark nook and have helped to create a real focul point. It's very difficult to get electric novelty lights on the high st as they are nearly always battery operated. I am thrilled to know that Lights4fun have such a varied and reasonable range available.”
