“The candles I received are great. The order procedure was very simple, and presented no problems. I ordered a set of three candles (white). I wish that there were other colors to choose from (I was looking for green and red, also). The price I paid and the quality I received was quite acceptable.”

“Actually I had recommended your window lights to a friend as soon as I placed in windows. Easy to scan your Web and place order. I discovered a defect in a light, notified your office and was emailed a shipping order with your replacement of defective window light being sent to me with no cost. How wonderful. I wish you sold more then lights!!”

“The little string lights are wonderful, but I have a problem getting them to be on timer. Perhaps you can give more specific instructions on setting these. The little heart lights, which I thought I would really like, I am unable to make them work. Otherwise I am very satisfied with Lights.com”

“excellent customer service. Two sets of lights arrived which did not work ; in both cases customer service gave me no flack, but replaced them, even sending a mailing label. I was so impressed that I bought another set! The candles themselves are a cut above those one finds in Target, etcl and the price much more friendly than in the chi chi stores Will purchase again when I need candles.”
