“Ordered string of battery powered lights along with an extra set of lights. Second set was colored lights instead of white as ordered even though lights were in box which said white lights. Contacted sealer and after sending picture of lights, a replacement set was immediately sent to me.”

“After I placed my order I realized the company was in the East. I panicked realizing the East was having weather issue and didnt know if I would receive my order in time for an event. The man in customer service said he would check and call me back. And he did! I was assured the order would be in time and it was. Every light worked.”

“Customer service was very quick and easy to deal with. I originally order incorrect item and the return process was very quick. I order on line quite frequently and some other companys that I have had to make a return take for ever to refund your money.”

“I have no comment except that you ought to think twice about pushing the issue....by FORCING people to comment when they have no comment just irritates them/me. Be careful what you ask for......!?! If someone chooses to take the time to fill out your survey please dont FORCE then to answer something they have no reply to.”
