“After I placed my order I realized the company was in the East. I panicked realizing the East was having weather issue and didnt know if I would receive my order in time for an event. The man in customer service said he would check and call me back. And he did! I was assured the order would be in time and it was. Every light worked.”

“Your rep on the phone was very nice, very professional and courteous and immediately said we will send a replacement order and felt very sorry this had happened. My new candles (votives) arrived very soon after. Thank you very much. I will recommend tthis company to my friends.”

“Beautiful candles--the remote is so convenient and the candles actually look like the real thing! The lights emit a warm glow which really makes the room look very inviting. Also, packaging and delivery were perfect. .”

“iyes i have already recommended you to other people. I usually get my candles from the craft store but found out these actually were cheaper and a little more attractive. i actually need to order a couple of more candles but am not sure what the shipping is now. that is kinda the only thing that i am not pleased with but when your in business it is something that has to be done. lol lol. but i am very pleased thank you ***”

“I have been making purchases from Nov. of last year. I had no idea what I was doing, and the staff has guided through the leaning and then to improve and try a better product of theirs as I had suffered from a severe wind storm. I now have the most beautiful system of lights, far beyond my dreams. The product is remarkable, as is the staff who helped from not knowing how ta proud and delighted customer of theres!”

“.I have no complaints about any of my experience The ordering process was easy, shipment came when I was told it would. Everything was well packed & tho box had a huge gouge out of it, things inside were so well insulated & secured that there was no damage to my items. Very happy with experience & will order again.”

“After a lot of research from different sites we are thrilled with our purchase of 20 deck lights. They are not too bright at night when we sit outside on the deck.They give off the right amount of light around the deck. We are more than pleased with our purchase. The shipment arrived when they said it would and easy to install. 2 screws hold each light and I was done installing them in less than an hour.”
