“The products ordered came in a timely manner. When I had a problem with one flameless candle not working correctly it was replaced right away with no shipping charges to me.”

“I am still waiting for notice that my order has shipped. I placed an order on 8/16 and wish that I would be given an idea of when I can expect it. Faster delivery service would really be appreciated. Am unable to award any stars at this time.”

“I received my lights on time and all are in perfect working condition. I needed an alternative way to light up my chicken coop and the battery operated one with the timer works excellent! “I made contact on line first, but then was trying to call to talk with someone for more detail. Didnt leave a message the first time, but then called back to do so. Before I completed the call back I was being called by ***. He was very helpful. After receiving the candles I didnt try them right away because it is summertime, but then decided I should check whether all three worked. They did at first but soon after one of the 3.5s (LUM35IV) stopped working. All batteries were newly purchases. Trying a different pair of the new batteries did not make a difference. Today I am returning that candle and hopefully a new one will be sent to me. After that I can confirm whether the Excellent rating I gave was right:-) Thank you.”
