“Actually I dont think Lights.com needs any improvement....I got everything I ordered within like 4 -5 days..Everything was in perfect working order and packaged very nice so nothing could get broken....and No Im not kidding.....everything was perfect......Im sure I will be ordering from them again....I am the head of our secret sister group at church and decorated for the Christmas party,...these made for a very nice Secret sisters party... Thanks so much !!!”

“Excellent seller in every way. My only wish is that they use another delivery service other that UPS. Although the package was picked up and shipped promptly, it was delayed in delivery because the regional UPS hub here in Los Angeles kept repeating a daily postponement of the delivery for a full week. The item was shipped from NJ on Dec. 2nd, arrived in LA on Dec. 4th, and I received it yesterday, Dec 11th. Entirely the fault of UPS and not Lights.com. I would like very much to do business with them again but only if I could be given a choice of carrier.”
