“I am very pleased with my purchase. The window lights are really nice, easy to use and look great in my windows. They have a nice yellow glow with a soft flicker. I did have one candle that was not working so I called customer service and spoke with a very kind, informative, live person (no voicemail or recordings!) and was promptly sent a replacement - thank you. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.”

“Product was shipped immediately and arrived sooner than anticipated. Upon arrival there was a problem with a couple of the lights and two new lights were immediately shipped to us. No questions asked or hassle. Product is outstanding and service cant be beat.”
